## A Nagging Benefit that we solved with our superannuation direct mail campaign

How do you encourage two people to fill out a form? Get them to nag each other.

We encouraged Telstra Super members to offset their tax by claiming their partners' income. We addressed each partner separately, asking one to nag the other.

It’s been Telstra Super’s most successful direct mail campaign to date.
